Theft of livestock on border of South Staffs and Stafford

We are appealing for information after a report of a theft of 29 Texel x ewes from the area of Weston Jones, near to Woodseaves, Newport. This is not far from South Staffordshire's border.

The ewes all had yellow (with mixes of other colour) ear tags and were aged around 2-3yrs and were approx 100kg. They were taken from a flock of 176 from an isolated field in Weston Jones Lane, Weston Jones, Newport. They were taken between 8pm on 28th June and 7am, 29th June.
